Overview: Satori Mortgage is seeking a high-energy, relationship-builder who can source and close mortgage leads. With over 20 years in the industry and a portfolio of 50+ lenders, we offer uncapped earning potential and full support.

• Generate and close mortgage leads with a flexible, high-volume calling strategy, reaching anywhere from 15 to 100 daily calls.
• Source your own leads and maintain a network to deliver new business.
• Follow up on open house visits, targeting 10–50 visits per weekend.
• Remain productive after standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on “whatever it takes” to hit or exceed weekly targets.
• Utilize Satori’s full support and coaching to master closing techniques.
• Work remotely with regular communication with the team.

• Energetic, optimistic, and charismatic personality.
• Proven track record of generating and closing leads in the mortgage or similar sales environments.
• Strong networking skills and a large sphere of influence.
• Coachability and the willingness to adopt new techniques.
• High drive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Optional: previous experience in mortgage loan origination.
