Overview

Remote Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage. We are a tribe of driven, high-energy hustlers and push ourselves to new levels of excellence daily. We have funded tens of thousands of loans and created a legion of happy homeowners. This is a remote position.

• Source your own leads and develop relationships to originate loans.
• Be a results-driven closer with the ability to reach and exceed daily call and outreach goals (examples: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed).
• Engage in in-person outreach when appropriate (e.g., open houses) and scale activity to 10, 25, or 50 events per period as required by goals.
• Work beyond typical hours to maximize opportunities, including after 5 pm, nights, and weekends as part of a performance-driven environment.
• Collaborate with a team that provides support to close leads and maximize earning potential.

• Charismatic, outgoing, relationship-builder with a large network and the ability to start conversations in various settings.
• Self-starter with a coachable mindset and a demonstrated drive to succeed in mortgage sales.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, offering a broad portfolio of loan products and the potential to close more customers with no income caps. Our CEO and President provide direct support to team members.
