Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

This is a remote full-time position for a Mortgage Loan Officer / hardcore closer at Satori Mortgage. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors and have funded tens of thousands of loans over 20+ years. Our mission is to help you originate more loans with a large, earn-uncapped potential.

• Source your own leads and develop a large network of contacts
• Close leads with support from the team 7 days a week, including nights and weekends
• Make a high volume of outreach (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day as needed)
• Attend open houses as part of lead generation when appropriate
• Maintain a proactive, persistent approach to hitting and exceeding goals in the mortgage market
• Be available beyond traditional 9–5 hours to drive performance

• Charismatic, outgoing, and highly connected with a large sphere of influence
• Natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines
• Ability to start conversations easily and build rapport in various settings
• Coachable mindset, grit, and tenacity to pursue mortgage goals
• Understanding of mortgage products and the ability to navigate the loan process to close loans
