Finance and Insurance Executive
Zurich North America is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our Southwest Division. This role offers an opportunity to leverage and refine sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector.

- Competitive base salary with uncapped incentives.
- Annual variable compensation range: $64,600 - $105,900.

- Drive growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prospecting:
Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. - Closing:
Manage and grow assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. - Direct Sales:
Conduct sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams. - Consulting:
Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products. - Event Promotion:
Attend automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 4+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience in Sales or Automotive area AND
- Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
- Knowledge of F&I products.
- Knowledge of automotive industry, market, and competitors.
- Must reside within the required territory Southern Florida.
- Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
- Experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
- Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
- Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.
- Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.
