Key Responsibilities

• Client & Sales Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
  • Educate families on policy options, coverage, and long‑term financial security
  • Build trust through ethical, needs‑based selling
  • Manage follow‑ups, applications, and policy onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal production goals
• Leadership & Growth Responsibilities
  • Participate in leadership development and mentorship programs
  • Support, train, and motivate new agents as you progress
  • Lead by example through performance, professionalism, and integrity
  • Assist in team training sessions and skill development
  • Prepare for advancement into leadership or management roles

• Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain—training and support provided)
• Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred but not required
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Comfort using CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital tools
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• 50-110% commissions and Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses
