- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable flooring solutions
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation, while managing client orders through project completion
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in flooring, construction, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial sales, focusing on flooring or construction products
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or floor plans
- Proficiency in sales management software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
