AI SaaS Organization, as we are a fast-growing startup transforming the roofing & construction industry with AI-powered Software's. Our AI systems replace expensive admin roles and generate real ROI for contractors — booking leads, following up with prospects, and streamlining operations.

The Role

• 100% outbound sales – cold calling contractors, booking demos, and closing deals.
• Run live product demos over Zoom to business owners.
• Sell monthly retainers ($2K–$6K/month).
• Hit and exceed monthly quotas (we'll give you scripts + training).

What We're Looking For

• Proven closer in B2B, SaaS sales, roofing sales, or phone sales.
• Hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you create them.
• Comfortable with high call volume, rejection, and follow-up.
• Tech savvy enough to run online demos (we'll train on product).
• Self-starter who wants to grow with us.

Compensation

• Base pay + aggressive commissions.
• First-year earnings: $70K–$120K+ (top closers can exceed).
• Early hires = opportunity to move into leadership roles.
