This is primarily a remote field/ work from home position, but you must be located in the Greater Pompano Beach, Florida area for daily, in-person engagement with our customers and for weekly team meetings.
A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Sales Representative:

Support Center available to assist with client management details, saving you time
- In the Field Daily
- Meeting with at least 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Visiting a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
- Customer Relationship Development
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and services
- Validating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning and maintaining the trust of our customers
- Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
- Follow Sales Process
- Understanding the importance of our sales process
- Memorizing and consistently using sales scripts
- Documenting sales activities in a CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
- Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
- Planning and executing a sales strategy
- High drive and persistence with a genuine hunger to succeed in sales
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
- Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in property management, construction, facilities, or service-based industries
- Outside B2B sales experience
- CRM experience
- Success in a base + bonus/commission environment
