High End Insurance Sales Agency is looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
- Agents who need to make money urgently due to desperation
- Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales
- Agents requiring constant guidance and hand-holding
- Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
- Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
- Agents comfortable with high premium policies (average over $250/month)
- Agents who are motivated to follow a proven system without needing external motivation
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.
Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We do NOT offer lead assistance programs.
We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
