We’re now expanding our roofing sales division — one of the most profitable verticals we run — and we’re hiring Remote Appointment Setters who are coachable, competitive, and ready to earn.

You’ll be on the front line generating business for our roofing partners:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners in active roofing markets
• Follow proven scripts, flows, and objection handlers
• Join coaching sessions to sharpen your sales skills
• Hit performance targets and watch your weekly commissions climb
• Work directly with a leadership team that knows how to WIN

This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-reward role. If you can stay consistent, you can make serious money.

Most dedicated setters earn $1,000–$1,500+ per week
. Top performers earn even more.

• 1–2 valid appointments: $45 each
• 3 valid appointments: $50 each
• 4+ valid appointments: $55 each
• Commissions are paid weekly, every Monday
• No earnings cap – your income is directly tied to your performance

• Daily live coaching with one of the top roofing trainers in the U.S.

We want driven, coachable, U.S.

-based setters who love to win and can handle a fast pace.

• 2+ years outbound cold calling or appointment setting
• Experience with high-volume dialing systems
• Strong English and a clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and in control on the phone
• Reliable home setup:
  • Computer with 8GB+ RAM
  • USB headset
  • Reliable internet connection
• Availability:
  12:00pm–8:00pm EST
