Role Summary Please do not apply unless you have an MHIC Salesperson license.

Priority will be given to candidates with Pro Via Door & Window experience. This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Representative. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day sales activities such as sales appointments, prospecting, lead generation, writing detailed estimates, follow‑up calls, CRM input, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, pipeline updates, and building long‑term customer relationships. Compensation is paid by guaranteed draw against commission.

This is a W2 role with a 60‑day initial evaluation period before becoming a permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 years experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of windows, doors, and exterior home products
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Market Sharp a plus!), MS Word and Excel
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Valid MHIC Salesperson license
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus (Pro Via a plus!)
