What you’ll be doing
  • Introducing small and medium business customers to high‑tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
  • Engaging customers in the retail store, digitally and through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrating the value of end‑to‑end technology solutions to energize businesses.
  • Partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive results.
  • Acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
  • Using solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems.
  • Tracking and forecasting with sales enablement systems and tools.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, customer service or military).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or related certifications.
  • Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
  • Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
  • People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and the ability to build trust at all levels.

Where you’ll be working

This hybrid role includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as set by your manager. Employees must comply with hybrid work policies.
