New Business Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with injection molders to drive sales of thermoplastic products.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with the team to learn company processes and represent our brand professionally.

• Experience in the plastics industry in some form or fashion, preferably with some form of prior sales experience.
• Strong communication and prospecting skills, with the ability to build relationships with injection molders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable with cold calling and independent work.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally.
• Ability to work from our office initially (for less experienced candidates), transitioning to remote work after establishing trust and proficiency.
• Work Arrangement
  :
• Candidates with established molder relationships and travel experience may work independently and travel to meet clients.
• Less experienced candidates will start in our office, with the potential to transition to remote work after building trust and expertise.
