Job Overview

Outside Sales Representative role s role offers unlimited earning potential with an uncapped commission structure and a competitive base salary. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement within a hybrid sales environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Year 1 on-target earnings: $85,000–$95,000;
    Year 2: $100,000–$115,000 (and higher via commissions and bonuses)
  • Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions
  • Full benefits package: health, vision, and dental coverage

Responsibilities
  • Sell digital marketing solutions (websites, search ads, display ads, reputation management, social ads, SEO) through a partnership selling model.
  • Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
  • Grow and manage your own book of business, earning residual commissions by retaining clients.
  • Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
  • Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries.
