About the roleThe Account Development Representative (ADR) is the launching point for a successful career in SaaS sales. You’ll be at the front of Samsara’s go‑to‑market strategy, searching for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and demand for our full line of products. This hybrid position is based in our Phoenix, AZ office, requiring three days per week onsite and two days working remotely.
Responsibilities- Search for and qualify leads, executing outbound campaigns to engage prospective customers.
- Map organizational structures to pinpoint key decision‑makers within prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop product‑focused marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.
- Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day.
- At least 3 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability.
- Must be currently in an accredited 4‑year Bachelor’s degree program. >
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Rapidly grasps technical concepts and embeds AI usage into day‑to‑day operations.
Ideal candidate
Base salary range: $49,204.80 – $75,000.00 USD. Annual bonus and commission opportunities available.
