Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Act as a point of contact for inbound leads and outbound prospects, identifying pain points and how Certif
ID can address them. - Rapidly immerse yourself in the Real Estate and Title industry, competitive market, growth strategy, and product roadmap.
- Educate and guide customers through change management to purchase products that protect their business and clients while improving efficiency.
- Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed quotas.
- Build relationships at the highest organizational levels and proactively manage opportunities and communications with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Typically 2+ years of proven closing deals in a SaaS environment (not a strict requirement).
- Proven hunting experience in greenfield environments.
- Formal sales methodology training preferred (e.g., Challenger).
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Clari Copilot, Groove, Lean Data, etc.; willingness to learn new skills.
- Polished presentation and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mentality, prioritizing ‘we’ over ‘me’, and ability to closely align with Customer Success and Product teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
