• 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills for active listening and consultative selling
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals effectively

• Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
• Familiarity with field service management software
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build authentic relationships quickly
• Experience in digital transformation sales
