• Direct daily activities and prioritize multiple tasks based on various requests and workloads
• Generate reports from CRM and other sales tools to assist the sales team
• Follow up on quotes and inquiries for selected accounts
• Act as a point of contact for the outside sales team and manage inbound sales inquiries
• Assist in identifying prospect projects and facilitate architectural presentations

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Sales, Manufacturing, or Construction Industries
• Strong communications and customer service background
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Experience in sales support within the security or construction sectors
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Background in project management or coordination
• Ability to mine data for sales enablement
• Experience with architectural presentations and client interactions
