Inside Sales Representative – Bi Spanish (Remote)

IWG currently has several openings for Inside Sales Representatives working within our Global Sales Teams in a fully remote setting. In this role you’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls or emails to present our products, work spaces, and services, helping new and existing customers find the right solution for their business.

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with a proven track record of success, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals confidently.
• Ability to build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Passion for engaging with diverse customers, curiosity to address their needs, pride in IWG's solutions, and drive to achieve results and explore career opportunities.
