Eagle Eye Renovations is seeking motivated, self-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our storm response team. This is a door-to-door, commission-only role focused on identifying and selling roofing projects after hail storms. If you're a hustler who thrives outside the office, this is your opportunity to earn big!

• Knock doors in hail-affected areas to generate leads
• Conduct roof inspections and document storm damage
• Educate homeowners on insurance claims and our roofing solutions
• Close contracts and manage relationships through the build process
• NO PRODUCTION OR JOB MANAGEMENT! Get paid 1/2 the commission when the job is approved, and remaining balance upon customer final payment. No more waiting months to get paid!

• Competitive commission structure: 10%–15% based on experience and performance tiers

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable on roofs and using ladders
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and persistence
• Previous sales or roofing experience a plus — but not required
