What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and product development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as Sales Force
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
