Our Client is a Lending Group is committed to helping clients secure the right mortgage, and lending solutions. We work closely with real estate professionals and potential clients to provide expert guidance and personalized loan options.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to Realtors and potential clients interested in loan services, with the goal of setting introductory appointments and maintaining strong follow-up communication.

• Make up to 200 outbound calls per day using the company-provided CRM and contact lists.
• Use the company-provided script to set appointments with Realtors and potential clients.
• Conduct morning confirmation calls and texts for scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with missed or rescheduled appointments to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Manage all communications and appointment tracking through Go High Level .
• Collaborate with the internal team via Whats App chat for updates and coordination.

• Previous experience with Go High Level  or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain high productivity while adhering to daily call goals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in real estate or loan/mortgage services is a plus.

$6.50 - $7.80 an hour
