• Comprehensive Training and Mentorship
  : 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands‑on field coaching.
• Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  : start with a base salary and earn residual commissions.
• Year 1 On‑Target Earnings
  : $105,000‑$115,000
• Year 2 On‑Target Earnings
  : $115,000‑$135,000

• Partner with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, etc.).
• Prospect and cold call within your territory to build client base.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations.
