• Assist the Senior Inside Sales Representative and Sales Directors in delivering timely and accurate quotes and responding to customer inquiries
• Update CRM systems to capture key interactions, opportunity status, and relevant data for business decisions
• Develop expertise in the employer's MANET products, focusing on Unmanned Systems applications
• Support customer engagement through virtual demonstrations, client meetings, and internal reviews
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and U.S. Government initiatives to inform sales strategy

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or equivalent Google tools

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; relevant experience or internships valued
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration
