The OpportunityWe're seeking a committed Sales Executive to further accelerate our expansion in the Midwest and East Coast regions. You’ll drive direct sales to public municipalities, utilities, and private operators, helping to transform the way next-generation utility leaders operate.
- Lead direct sales and grow our presence in targeted regions
- Facilitate outreach, conduct product demonstrations online & in-person with prospective clients, and negotiate & close deals
- Work closely with U.S. and European teams, including management, software developers, and sales peers
- Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools (Hub Spot)
- Participate in global events, annual user conferences, and facilitate client networking
- Plan and execute relevant trade shows and industry events

- The role reports directly to the company CEO & President

- U.S.
-based individual with high energy - Minimum 3 years of sales or commercial experience from U.S. businesses
- Background in U.S. infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Experience leading municipal software sales efforts is a plus
- Experience in driving innovation or bringing new technology to market is a plus
- Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized, results-oriented, and able to create urgency in sales situations
- Skilled at building and maintaining a network across the value chain
