Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Assistant, located in San Jose, CA, with the flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving their targets by managing customer accounts, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include organizing sales documentation, assisting in communication with HQ in Taiwan and US clients, and supporting sales initiatives to drive company growth.
