• Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
• Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.

Position is available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Applicants must reside within these specified locations.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Complete paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Receive comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
• Work with warm, incoming leads—no cold calls.
• Earn rewards and recognition opportunities.
• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
• Maintain a home‑work environment with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty license required after hire.

• All computer equipment is provided; maintain department configuration.
