• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiation and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in a customer‑facing role
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specified performance standards

• Experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking
• Proficiency in working with technology and remote work tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
