You’ll be working with warm leads through direct messaging on Facebook—no cold calling required. We provide structured training, scripts, and continuous mentorship to support your success.

• Start and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging
• Qualify leads based on provided criteria and book sales calls for our closers
• Keep records of all interactions and conduct timely follow‑ups
• Meet weekly targets for booked and attended calls
• Participate in team calls and contribute to process improvements

• $100 per booked and attended sales call
• 10% commission on closed deals (average deal size: $3,000–$7,000)
• 1‑on‑1 onboarding and weekly coaching sessions
• Clear promotion path to roles such as Closer and Sales Manager
• Fully remote work with a flexible schedule

• Based in the United States
• Authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Self‑driven, coachable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Facebook for professional communication
• Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required

This is a commission‑only position. Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $3,000 per week, depending on individual performance. There is no base salary.
