SUMMARY

The Sales Optimization Specialist (a remote position) plays a pivotal role in driving sales, occupancy, and revenue for True Connection Communities (TCC). This individual will partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Sales, and Regional Directors to review digital leads to determine viability for our various communities. The Sales Optimization Specialist will then work directly with potential residents to schedule tours and then distribute the lead back to the Sales Team for the on‑site (in‑person) portion of the sales process.

This role will require being a speed‑to‑lead champion with focus on building strong relationships with the Sales Teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide remote sales assistance to assigned communities for all digital leads.
  • Responsible for discovery to determine qualified leads, schedule tours and turn prospect over to Directors of Sales and Executive Directors for onsite tours and closing. This includes joint accountability with the community for hitting/exceeding benchmark conversion goals of 25% (Inquiry to Tour.)
  • Participate in weekly sales power hour for various communities.
  • Conduct daily and weekly review of closing strategies for prospects in the pipeline.
  • Ensures customer relationship management system (CRM) is being utilized for all internal and external sales activities.
  • Provides Sales Team with personal connection take‑a‑ways.
  • Works collaboratively with Leadership and other department heads to create a positive hospitality‑oriented atmosphere for all associates and team members.
  • Give exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, from providing a pleasant greeting to maintaining professionalism and composure in more challenging situations.
  • Recognize and foster a sales‑oriented culture by participating in and contributing toward the sales and marketing efforts.
  • Champions speed to lead with the communities to achieve a goal of less than 15 mins response time to prospect inquiries, including evenings and weekends, included as part of the rotation for lead pick up for supported communities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Three years or more of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Prior experience in Sr. Living and/or Hospitality Sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and public relations skills.
  • Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging and team‑oriented personality.
  • Desire to serve older adults.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills while working independently.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, other marketing‑related and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Active Adult and/or Independent Living leasing.
  • Prior experience in a remote or hybrid role
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or related CRM.
