What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as applicable
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with strong negotiation skills
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses for insurance sales
  • High-speed broadband internet service with required upload/download speeds for remote work

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role that requires full attention and a distraction-free environment
  • Familiarity with sales in the insurance industry or financial services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
