Sales Representative; Remote​/Entry Level

The Summers Agency is seeking motivated remote entry-level sales representatives to join our team as independent life insurance agents. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote or hybrid work options, and structured support to build a rewarding career in life and health insurance sales.

• Contact and engage prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance solutions.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with in-house product specialists to recommend appropriate life, health, or retirement coverage.
• Schedule and conduct appointments by phone or video; in-person meetings are optional based on preference and local opportunities.
• Guide clients through the application process using our platform and verify required information prior to submission.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure positive client outcomes and policy placement.
• Meet performance expectations and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable with the ability to work independently.
• Professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in client interactions and documentation.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
• Eligibility to work as a 1099 independent contractor; ability to obtain required state insurance licenses (licensing support provided).
