Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for the game of golf? Would you love to sell to and service the best golf coaches, club fitters, indoor facilities, and players in the golf industry? And are you ambitious, self‑driven, and willing to go the extra mile? Then you should join our successful Trackman Golf sales team. As a Trackman Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services within the Westchester NY area.
Job Responsibilities- Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
- Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
- Proposal preparation and order administration
- Customer training and first‑level support
- Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
- Develop and continuously improve your territory's sales strategies
- 3+ years consultative sales experience
- Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
- Own car with full driver’s license
- Personal drive, self‑starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Build and maintain relationships easily
- Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
- Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Analyze problems and provide well‑thought‑through solutions
- Consider others' views and demonstrate listening skills
- A strong network in the local golf industry
- Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
- Advanced computer skills:
Windows 7–10 configurations (device management), Microsoft Office
The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. An individual health insurance with an optional dental plan will also be provided. Benefits package includes 401k, cell phone, and personal home internet. You will benefit from onboarding training and continuous coaching. You will be working from your home office and travel 50–75 % of the time.
