We are looking for a passionate and driven French and English speaking professional to grow our business by building strong relationships with existing customers and winning new ones. YOURMISSION
- Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory.
- Understand and influence customer decision‑making processes through deep knowledge of their business environment.
- Lead online sales processes from set‑up to order and visit customers to introduce and demonstrate the APSOparts online shop.
- Manage key accounts by establishing and expanding customer networks, continuously strengthening business relationships, and ensuring frequent and high‑volume online orders.
- Achieve APSOparts sales targets and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
- Secure customer satisfaction and cross‑sell across the product assortment.
- Engineering degree or technical education combined with sales/commercial training.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience with technical products (B2B) and exposure to online sales channels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong technical/commercial know‑how.
- Familiarity with online shops and proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Positive, convincing, and inspiring personality with high social competence.
- Self‑driven, analytical thinker with a passion for customer success.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written) is a must; additional languages are an advantage (e.g., German, Italian).
- Driver’s license, car and home‑office infrastructure available.
