Position Summary:

High performers only. This is not for someone looking to clock in for a base paycheck — this is for someone who wants to build a six-figure income and an agency they own by learning how to sell, lead, and scale.

You’ll start as an Entry-Level Insurance Agent, selling life, health, and retirement plans over the phone using our proven scripts and high-quality leads. We’ll train you in-office for your first 8 weeks — so you can master the process, earn commission immediately, and get licensed if you’re not already.

After that? Stay in our office or work remotely — and scale your own book of business as big as you want.
