Job OverviewInside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads in a remote work environment. Applicants must reside in Texas.
Responsibilities- Consult customers on insurance needs and match correct coverages.
- Convert warm leads into policyholders.
- Maintain a professional home workspace with high-speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty license within 12 months of hire.
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- PC proficiency and typing capabilities.
- Ability to work from home with high‑speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
- 16‑week training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.
- Paid training includes licensing.

Starting base salary $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55,000 – $75,000 through base salary and generous commission. Top performers can earn $85k+.
