• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Strong ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to maintain a distraction‑free environment for effective customer interaction
• High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Experience in a customer‑facing role
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs arise
• Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in handling customer objections
