Position: *MARCH START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home coverage

  • Manage an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
  • Maintain required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team while working independently
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
  • Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in sales scenarios
  • Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Capability to work in a distraction‑free environment, ensuring full attention to customers
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Previous sales experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a remote work setting
