- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
- Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in sales scenarios
- Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Capability to work in a distraction‑free environment, ensuring full attention to customers
- High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Previous sales experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a remote work setting
