Sales Representative, Inbound Remote – Liberty Mutual Insurance

Join Liberty Mutual’s Inside Sales team as a Remote Sales Representative handling inbound warm leads and converting prospects into policyholders.

Base salary range: $45,000 – $100,000 per year (commission and bonus earnings on top).

• Unlicensed Class Begins:
  January 26, 2026
• Licensed Class Begins:
  February 9, 2026

• Handle inbound calls and consult customers on insurance needs.
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work remote from day one with all training and licensing included.
• Maintain professional workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time.
• Manage training timeline: 18 weeks unlicensed, 16 weeks licensed.

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training provided).

Remote work available for candidates residing in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, or Utah.
