As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in our revenue generation. You’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your sales career at a startup with significant growth potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases
Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns including email, phone, and social selling
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Maintain accurate prospect data in our CRM system, Hub Spot
Conduct 50+ prospecting activities daily (calls, emails, social touches)
Craft personalized messaging that resonates with target personas
Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects
Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and requirements
Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Representatives
Provide detailed handoff notes and context for each qualified opportunity
Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns
Bachelor’s degree, plus 1‑2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and organizational abilities
Comfortable with high‑volume phone and email outreach
Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Hub Spot
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and resilient in the face of rejection
Highly coachable with a growth mindset
Experience with SaaS or technology sales
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Loft, etc.)
Knowledge of lead generation tools (Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.)
Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
Knowledge of payments and construction ERPs preferred
This is an hourly, non‑exempt role.
OTE: $75k‑85k ($60k base, $15k‑25k target variable), plus equity

This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in‑person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
