Business Development Representative

Full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with flexibility to work from home on occasion.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and actively contributing to the company’s growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, initiating contact with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed goals. Additionally, this role requires proactive research to identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet quotas.
• Experience in Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and qualifying high‑potential prospects.
• Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation capabilities necessary for client interaction.
• Proficiency in Business Development, with strategic thinking for identifying growth opportunities and building partnerships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating both independence during remote work and strong teamwork during in‑office days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services is a plus.
