Base pay range: $90,000.00 – $ per year.

This role focuses on closing high‑ticket sales (typically $10k and above) for a fast‑paced sales agency that provides “done for you sales” services to clients in education and marketing. You’ll receive high‑quality inbound leads, a strong commission structure, and comprehensive sales training.

Responsibilities
  • Continuously increase product knowledge via the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call tape.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to move leads through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct deep discovery conversations to identify challenges and create urgency.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with leads.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and target metrics.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the process.
  • Demonstrate core values and contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent rapport‑building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
