Base pay range: $90,000.00 – $ per year.
This role focuses on closing high‑ticket sales (typically $10k and above) for a fast‑paced sales agency that provides “done for you sales” services to clients in education and marketing. You’ll receive high‑quality inbound leads, a strong commission structure, and comprehensive sales training.

- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call tape.
- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to move leads through the sales cycle.
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to identify challenges and create urgency.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with leads.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and target metrics.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the process.
- Demonstrate core values and contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- 2+ years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent rapport‑building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Top producer mindset with high earning potential.
- Extensive phone/Zoom sales experience.
