- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple calls effectively
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with the insurance licensing process and requirements
- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software tools
