Position: *MARCH START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as applicable
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple calls effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

  • Experience in a customer‑facing role within the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with the insurance licensing process and requirements
