Inbound Remote Sales Representative – Liberty Mutual Insurance
Pay & Benefits- Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year.
- Starting base pay: $45,000 with earning potential for growth and generous commission.

This remote position is located in Prescott, AZ and requires the candidate to be a resident of Arizona. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

From day one you will receive paid training in a remote setting. All inbound representatives need or will obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license during training.
- Work schedule:
4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. - Home office: dedicated workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet is not supported.
- Licensing: all positions require holding a Property & Casualty License after hire.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
