• Utilize your sales expertise to identify and engage potential customers through leads, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct professional inspections for roofing and exterior services, including siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia.
• Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through insurance claim processes when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and the community.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of sales experience in roofing, exteriors, or construction is required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform detailed roof and exterior inspections confidently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
