The Mitchell Angeles Farmers Insurance Agency in River Oaks Texas is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a full-time Insurance Sales Representative. You will use your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills to achieve agency sales goals and standards.

After a training period in the office, you will be able to work from home on a hybrid schedule.

• Using your excellent presentation skills, work with clients to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales to meet established sales goals.
• Process policy changes, cross-sell, and round out client accounts, obtaining referrals.
• Overcome objections, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and advise on the best policies.
• Build clientele via telephone prospecting, cold-calling, and warm leads obtained via referrals and other marketing activities.

You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.

• Property and Casualty General Lines required.
• 5+ years successful sales career in insurance.
• Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals and networking.
• Ability to call all the leads we provide daily.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Farmers Insurance experience is a plus but NOT required.

An assessment is required to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
