- Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls
- Strong attention to detail in customer-facing roles, requiring a distraction-free environment
- High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related sales field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
