Well established in the Northeast and Southeast markets, Auto Ninjas is excited to grow our team in the Cape Coral area. We're searching for organized, high‑energy individuals with strong communication skills to join our team as the first point of contact for our car‑buying concierge clients.

This role is an ideal entry point into a unique sales process. Auto Ninjas was founded in 2019 with a very important mission in mind: to make car‑buying more transparent, more affordable, and easier for everyone. We partner with trusted dealers who put the customer experience first, do not participate in unsavory business practices, and agree to provide the most competitive pricing the market has to offer. Using our in‑house team of developers, we have built an online platform that connects our clients with great deals from our dealership partners, while our trained Auto Ninjas assist every step of the way.

Today, we are a small team of car enthusiasts who are passionate both about the cars we drive and the process of buying them. While much of our work is virtual, we're building a local hub in Southwest Florida for closer collaboration.

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text, often within minutes, to capture interest and start the conversation.
• Provide basic vehicle quotes, answer introductory questions, and offer guidance on our concierge process.
• Deliver concierge‑level customer service, building quick rapport and trust with every interaction.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and timeline, then seamlessly hand off engaged prospects to our senior sales closers.
• Juggle multiple leads with impeccable organization, ensuring fast follow‑up and no opportunity falls through the cracks.
• Use our custom‑built tools and CRM to track interactions, create initial quotes, and maintain accurate records in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2+ years in Sales/Business Development roles
• Experience handling inbound leads, online inquiries, or appointments
• Experience with cars, whether as a hobby, interest, or in a professional setting

We’re prioritizing candidates in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area to join our growing local team. We currently employ in Florida and New York, but local presence is preferred for this role. We will consider a remote position for an exceptional candidate.
