Contract Sales Representative

Frigid Dynamics builds low-impact snow mobility. Our flagship product, the Vipera, is a compact electric ski that delivers quiet, efficient movement on snow for Nordic centers, resorts, winter operations, and recreation. We’re a small, driven team validating in the field and partnering with shops and winter-operations teams to define a new category.

We’re hiring regional contract sales reps to help launch Vipera across Canada, the US Rockies, West Coast, and Midwest. You’ll open doors with independent shops, Nordic centers, and resort ops; run on-snow demos; and drive pilot/display placements.

What you’ll do

Prospect and book meetings with shops, Nordic centers, and resort ops

Host on-snow demos and small events; capture basic content (photo/video)

Build and manage a pipeline in our CRM; report weekly activity and results

Coordinate pilot programs/display pairs and support post-demo follow-ups

Share field feedback that improves product, messaging, and sales collateral

Time/Structure

Contract, part-time (8–15 hrs/week) with seasonal peaks around events

Evening/weekend availability for demos is a plus

• 1+ year in sales, rep, or outdoor retail (or strong hustle + network)
• Comfortable doing outreach, walking into shops, and leading on-snow demos
• Clear communicator (email, phone, DM) and CRM-friendly
• Knows the winter/outdoor industry; can speak shop & resort-ops language
• Reliable transportation; able to work outside in winter conditions
• Authorized to work in your region; valid driver’s license
• Training, sales materials, and demo gear support provided
• Access to early product roadmap and category-building content
