This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Associate will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering professional presentations, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets.

• Someone who loves challenges and has a strong willingness to explore knowledge and experiences
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in Lead and Sales Generation
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or related fields is a plus
• Undergraduated degree of any educational background
